Peter A. Glaser, PhD, and Susan R. Glaser, PhD, are married business partners and have been co-presenters for their entire careers.
They have authored more than 40 research articles and published three books, including the internationally acclaimed title, Be Quiet, Be Heard: The Paradox of Persuasion, now in its fifth printing. The Glasers have worked for decades on transforming organizational culture with hospitals, health care systems, public health departments, insurance companies, pharmaceuticals, and health care associations throughout the U.S. and internationally.
The Glasers have served as members of the University of Oregon faculty and global consultants for leaders from Fortune 500 companies, such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Hyundai, Sony and more. They earned their doctorates in Communication from Penn State University.
